Application

(1) These Regulations apply to government lottery, national lottery, and instant lottery. (2) The existing form and procedures prior to the commencement of these Regulations for games evening and other games of chance shall continue to apply unless they are changed by the Lotteries Committee in accordance with section 5 of the Act.
