Offence of non-payment of ticket

Any licensee who buys, receives, takes, or accepts a winning ticket from a person and does not pay that person the prize payable in respect of that ticket commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to the fine specified in section 25 of the Act. Offence of non- CAP. 151.
