Form and conditions of licence

(1) A licence to promote a lottery shall be in the forms (as applicable) set out in Schedule I to these Regulations. Schedule I. (2) A licence under subregulation (1) may be subject to the conditions set out in Schedule II and special conditions set by the Committee. Schedule II.
