Arbitration

(1) A person aggrieved by a decision of the licensee under Regulation 10 may give notice of dissatisfaction to the licensee and to the Committee, and the Committee shall arbitrate the matter. (2) Where the dissatisfaction is related to a national lottery ticket, the Committee may arbitrate informally. Lotteries Control 11
