No lottery to be conducted on Good Friday or Christmas Day

No person shall hold, conduct or promote any lottery on Good Friday or Christmas Day and every person so doing commits an offence and shall be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or to both such fine and term of imprisonment.
