The premises in respect of which a publican’s general license is applied for or is to be renewed shallPublican’s general licence. (a) contain at least one room actually ready and fit for public accommodation as a refreshment room, independent of the bar or any apartment occupied by the publican or his family or servants; (b) have an entrance or entrances from the street, such entrance or entrances not being through a store, shop or business premises and not affording access to any store, shop or business premises; (c) be provided with adequate sanitary conveniences in or near the building for the use of the customers thereof, in order to prevent nuisances or offences against public decency. 8 Intoxicating Liquor Licensing
