Sound Proofing of premises

It is hereby ordered that subject to paragraph 4 below, all licences issued under the Act, authorising the consumption of liquor on the premises shall be subject to the condition that if loud music is played or dances or other events are held on the licensed premises with the accompaniment of loud music, such premises shall be soundproofed to the satisfaction of the Board.
