Appeal

(1) Any person who is aggrieved by a decision of the magistrate may appeal to the Supreme Court and the provisions of Part IX of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act Cap. 91, shall apply to any such appeal. (2) Any person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Board may appeal to the Minister for review, and the decision of the Minister shall be final.
