Section 65A

Any person who commits an offence under section 4, 8, 9, 27, 28,29, 35, 36, 37, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 49, 53, 54, 58, 60, 61, 62, and 63 of this Act, shall on summary conviction be liable, (a) for a first offence, to pay a fine of five hundred dollars, and in the case of a licence holder, to a suspension of his licence for three months; (b) for a subsequent offence, to pay a fine of one thousand dollars and in case of a licence holder, to forfeiture of his or her licence. 48
