Public exhibition of licence on premises

Cap. 150, s. 61 · Revised Edition 2020

Every licence holder shall cause his licence to be prominently exhibited in some conspicuous part of the building 46 wherein or whereat such licence is exercised, and on his failure to do so, he commits an offence.
