Arrest of offenders

Any person who is found selling or offering or exposing for sale any liquor, except in accordance with the provisions of this Act, may be arrested by any police officer and detained until such person can be brought before a magistrate and dealt with according to law, and any liquor so sold or offered or exposed for sale, with the packages containing it, shall be seized and forfeited.
