Regulations

The Minister may from time to time by an Order published in the Gazette make regulations for generally carrying this Act into operation, and in particular such regulations may, (a) prescribe requirements with regard to the nature, character, and suitability of the premises which may be licensed and accommodations, facilities and conveniences which should be available therein; (b) vary or delete the forms of the Schedule hereto or add a new form. 28
