Special and vessel licences

Cap. 150, s. 21 · Revised Edition 2020

(1) A certificate for the issue of a special licence may be granted by the Chairperson in his discretion, subject however to the provisions of this Act. (2) A certificate for a licence for a vessel shall be granted by the Board for the district of Belize.
