Waiver of fees to be published in the Gazette

Where any law authorizes a Minister or other public authority to waive the payment of fees, the Minister responsible for administering the law which provides for the payment of the fee shall, every three months, publish a notice in the Gazette specifying, (a) the amount of fees waived within the last three months; and (b) the persons in respect of whom the fees were waived.
