Leave to attend training courses

An officer who has been selected to attend, on a full-time basis, a course of training approved by the National Assembly shall be granted leave on full pay together with appropriate training allowances where the duration of the course is for not more than one year. Where the course is of a longer duration, maintenance allowance in accordance with Regulation 149 shall be paid together with the appropriate allowances.
