Compassionate leave

National Assembly Staff (Conditions Of Service) Regulations, reg. 97 · Revised Edition 2020

The Clerk shall grant compassionate leave to an Officer up to three days on the death of an immediate family member (i.e., mother, father, husband, wife, children, brother, or sister). Such leave shall not be charged against an Officer’s earned leave.
