Procedure for filling vacancies

When a vacancy occurs in a post, the Clerk shall report it to the Committee on the form prescribed in the First Schedule to these Regulations and submit therein his recommendations for filling the post. Vacancies in the National Assembly shall be filled by the Committee, subject to section 5 of the National Assembly Staff Act. No. 1 of 2000.
