Refusal of leave and periods during which leave is not earned

(1) When an Officer has applied for leave for which he is eligible, but has not been granted the leave within two weeks of his formal application, he shall forward his request to the Committee which, after consultation with the Clerk, may approve the grant of leave or accumulation of leave, in excess of the maximum stipulated in regulation 83 above.
