Leave prior to voluntary resignation or dismissal

An Officer who resigns voluntarily or is being dismissed from the National Assignably Service shall be paid a sum equal to the remuneration which he would have received had he been granted all the vacation leave to which he was entitled immediately prior to his resignation or dismissal.
