Leave prior to normal or compulsory retirement

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Regulations, an Officer who is being retired from the National Assembly Service shall be granted, immediately prior to the effective date of his retirement, all vacation leave on full salary for which he is eligible. National Assembly Staff 49
