Extension of leave

National Assembly Staff (Conditions Of Service) Regulations, reg. 75 · Revised Edition 2020

An Officer on leave seeking an extension of such leave shall, in the absence of exceptional circumstances, apply in sufficient time to allow a reply to be received before the expiration of the original period of leave granted.
