Conviction on criminal charges

Where an Officer has been convicted on a criminal charge, no further proceedings are necessary before dismissal is affected. The Committee, after consideration of the proceedings of the Court making the conviction and of the Superior Court, if any, to which an appeal has been made, may take action in accordance with Regulation 61 below.
