Appeal to Committee
National Assembly Staff (Conditions Of Service) Regulations, reg. 58 · Revised Edition 2020
Any person against whom disciplinary action is taken by the Clerk in exercise of the powers under Regulation 57 may appeal to the Committee within twenty-one days of the date thereof.
