Industrial action

National Assembly Staff (Conditions Of Service) Regulations, reg. 51 · Revised Edition 2020

Disputes in the National Assembly Service which may involve or give rise to industrial action shall be determined in accordance with any law or enactment which makes provision for the determination of such disputes.
