Disclosure of confidential documents

Except under an Order of court or where the law expressly provides, and with the written permission of the Clerk, or the Governor-General in the case of the Clerk or the Deputy Clerk, Officers shall not disclose or produce in evidence in any court of law or any other forum any official document of a confidential nature.
