Acceptance of gifts

National Assembly Staff (Conditions Of Service) Regulations, reg. 38 · Revised Edition 2020

Officers are prohibited from receiving gifts in their line of duty whether in the form of money, goods, free passages or other personal benefits or from giving such gifts.
