(1) An Officer, whether on leave of absence or not is forbidden, without the consent of the Committee or the Governor-General, as the case may be– (a) to undertake any private work for payment or gain; (b) to engage in a trade, business, employment or in any commercial undertaking; or (c) to accept any commission in any matter connected with the exercise of his duties.
