Record of particulars

(1) The Clerk is required to keep a record of the following particulars of Officers in the Service of the National Assembly on the assumption of duty of such Officers– (a) addresses and any changes thereto; (b) next-of-kin and their addresses. (2) The Clerk is responsible for ensuring that records of the service of every Officer are maintained in personal files.
