Surcharge in case of damage or loss
National Assembly Staff (Conditions Of Service) Regulations, reg. 214 · Revised Edition 2020
Where damage or loss occurs to National Assembly property purchased under Regulations 213, and where such damage or loss is proved to be the result of an Officer's negligence, such Officer shall be subject to a surcharge.
