Precedent book
National Assembly Staff (Conditions Of Service) Regulations, reg. 212 · Revised Edition 2020
There shall be kept a "precedent book" in which shall be entered, from time to time, all instructions given by the Committee or the Clerk for the guidance of Officers. The book should be carefully indexed to facilitate reference to it.
