Copyright and royalties

Any works produced by Officers as part of the duties for which they are engaged shall result in the copyright in respect of such works being vested in the Crown. Any such work required for the use of the National Assembly Service shall produce no financial benefits to the author, but the author may be allowed the royalties that might arise from sale of any such work outside of the National Assembly Service or the Public Service or outside Belize.
