Identification

All letters, minutes, reports and returns must be dated, numbered (where appropriate) and signed in full, with the official designation of the Officer signing being added. Plans, 88 National Assembly Staff etc., must be signed and dated, and must bear a numerical reference to the documents (if any) which they accompany.
