Interpretation

(1) In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires“Clerk” means the person holding office of Clerk to the National Assembly pursuant to section 67(1) of the Belize Constitution; “Committee” means the National Assembly Staff Committee appointed undersection 3 of the National Assembly Staff Act; No. 1 of 2000. “Deputy Clerk” means the person holding the office of Deputy Clerk to the National Assembly pursuant to section 67 (1) of the Belize Constitution; “Minister” means the Minister for the time being responsible for Finance.
