(1) Stationery and supplies shall be purchased from the most economic sources. Every effort shall be made to minimize wastage in the National Assembly. Wherever possible, the National Assembly shall reproduce forms, etc., for use. Forms which are common to all Departments, e.g., vouchers, receipt books and order books, shall be available on requisition from the Government Printery. (2) Requisitions for printed forms and books must be submitted to the Government Printery on memorandum or order forms.
