Transfer or death of Officer occupying official quarters

When an Officer is transferred or dies while officially occupying official residential quarters, the Officer's family may be permitted by the Clerk to continue occupying the quarters for a period not exceeding three months from the date of such transfer or death and paying rent at the rate previously paid by the Officer
