Effective months of transfer

(1) Transfers shall be effected during the months of July and August of each year to facilitate the smooth transfer of Officers with children attending school during a current school year. (2) It is expected that the need to affect the transfer of some Officers outside the period stated will arise. This should be the exception rather than the rule and sound reason must be advanced in such cases.
