Right of appeal

National Assembly Staff (Conditions Of Service) Regulations, reg. 175 · Revised Edition 2020

Any Officer aggrieved by the decision of the Clerk to transfer him, may appeal to the Committee and the Committee may review and vary any such decision of the Clerk.
