Refusal of advance application

Applications for advances may be refused– (a) where the amount of money required is greater than what the Officer can reasonably be expected to repay within the prescribed time; (b) where a similar advance was last approved within the prescribed repayment period in the case of motor vehicles; (c) where a previous advance has not been fully repaid; or (d) where an Officer has previously failed to meet the conditions of an advance.
