Death-in-harness gratuity
National Assembly Staff (Conditions Of Service) Regulations, reg. 161 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) The legal personal representative or beneficiary of an Officer who dies while in the service of the National Assembly Service shall be entitled to a death-in-harness gratuity in accordance with the Pensions Act.
CAP 30.
(2) In cases of application for death-in-harness gratuities, the death certificate of the deceased shall be submitted.
