Claims for pensions

National Assembly Staff (Conditions Of Service) Regulations, reg. 155 · Revised Edition 2020

Pensions, gratuities and other retiring allowances of Officers shall be determined in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Pensions Act and Regulations made thereunder from time to time. CAP. 30.
