Signing of bond or contract

Persons appointed from overseas to permanent posts in the National Assembly who have received the entitlement outlined in Regulation 13 above, shall sign a bond to work in the National Assembly for a minimum period of three years' Persons who are employed on contract basis shall sign a contract to work for a minimum period of three years.
