Responsibility allowance

(1) Where an Officer is not qualified for or cannot be entrusted with the full responsibility of a higher post, the payment of a responsibility allowance shall be approved to the Officer for performance in the post. (2) In the case of a junior Officer performing some of the duties in a senior post, the amount of responsibility allowance National Assembly Staff 69 shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) per month, and in the case of a senior Officer, seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per month.
