Confirmation of appointment

Subject to section 5 of the National Assembly Staff Act and to Regulation 3 (2) of these Regulations, if, after consideration of the final report of the Clerk, the Committee is satisfied that the service of an Officer on probation has been satisfactory, the Committee shall confirm his appointment with effect from the date of such appointment.
