Obligations while entraining

Officers to whom awards have been made to enable them to attend a course of training shall be required– (a) to devote their whole time to following the course in respect of which the award was made; (b) to sit for an examination and to write such papers or reports as may be required by the training authorities; and (c) to resume duty or take up employment in the National Assembly Service, without undue delay, after the completion of the course of training, or at the expiry of any vacation or other leaves which may have been granted to them.
