Commencement of Chapter 14

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 1(2) of the National Assembly Staff Act and all powers thereunto me enabling I, SAID WILBERT MUSA, Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, do hereby appoint the 15th day of April, 2000 as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
