Commencement of Act No. 28 of 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 26 of the Belize Petroleum Hauler’s Association Act (No.28 of 2003) and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, CORDEL HYDE, Minister of Housing and Transport, do hereby appoint the 26th day of January 2004 as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
