Rules by the Association

(1) Subject to this Act, the Association in general meeting may make rules for, (a) prescribing the rights and privileges and for regulating the admission and removal of members of the Association; (b) regulating the use of the facilities of the Association by members of the Association and by the public; (c) prescribing the entrance fees and annual subscriptions to be paid by members of the (d) prescribing the fees to be charged by the Association for any of the services provided by it. (2) Rules made by the Association in general meeting shall come into force forthwith.
