Funds of the Association

(1) The funds of the Association shall consist of, (a) fees imposed under any By-law made under this Act; (b) subventions, donations, benefactions, endowments or bequests given to the Association by any source, including regional and international organizations; and (c) all other sums which may in any manner become payable to the Association in respect of any matter incidental to its functions. (2) The Association may receive gifts, donations or bequests of any property whatsoever, and may either retain the property for the use of the Association or dispose of the property and use the proceeds for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act.
