Minister may permit exportation to country of origin

The Minister may, if he thinks fit, permit any war material of which the sale, carrying coastwise, or exportation is for the time being prohibited, including war material seized under the provisions of this Act, to be exported from Belize to 7 the country in which it was manufactured or from which it was imported into Belize, and may, in any such case, if he thinks fit, order the whole or any part of the duty paid in respect of such war material on its importation into Belize to be repaid out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund to the owner thereof.
