Liaison officers

Every Permanent Secretary and Head of a Department of Government shall ensure that there is at all times a public officer of his Ministry or Department designated as the liaison officer for communication with the National Co-ordinator in relation to the procedures of the Ministry or Department under section 8(2)(a) of this Act.
